Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Your right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw from your order, without giving any reason and without penalty. The period runs from the day you take physical possession of the appliance, or a person you designated other than the carrier does (Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU).

Had we failed to inform you of this right, the period would be extended by 12 months (Article 10 of the same directive).

How to withdraw

Before the 14-day period ends, send us an unambiguous statement:

  • or using the model form reproduced below, which is optional.

We acknowledge receipt of your decision without delay, on a durable medium.

Sending the goods back

Send back or hand over the appliance no later than 14 days after communicating your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you dispatch it before those 14 days expire.

Return address: [[ADRESSE_RETOURS]]. Contact us before shipping: the appliance weighs 44.8 kg gross and requires suitable packaging and transport. Keep the original packaging if you can.

Who pays for the return

The direct cost of returning the goods is yours only if we informed you of it before the order. The ULTMX Quatro cannot be returned by post because of its weight and dimensions: its return cost must therefore be quantified, in accordance with Article 6(1)(i) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

If that information was not given to you before the order, you do not bear those costs (Article 6(6) of the same directive).

Condition of the goods and diminished value

You may handle the appliance to check its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a shop. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that. Return the appliance complete, with its accessories and documentation.

Refund

  • We refund you no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw (Article 13 of Directive 2011/83/EU).
  • The refund covers the price paid and the standard delivery costs.
  • It is made using the same means of payment as the order, unless you expressly agree otherwise; it costs you nothing.
  • We may withhold the refund until we receive the appliance back, or until you supply evidence of having sent it back, whichever is the earliest.

Exceptions

Directive 2011/83/EU provides a limited list of exceptions to the right of withdrawal. None applies to the ULTMX Quatro: it is a standard appliance, sold new, neither personalised nor made to measure. Your right of withdrawal is therefore complete.

30-day commercial policy

The store announces returns within 30 days. This commercial policy is added to the legal right and does not replace it:

  • Days 1 to 14: your legal right of withdrawal applies, under the rules described above. It is mandatory and cannot be restricted.
  • Days 15 to 30: this is a commercial gesture. The appliance must be complete and in resaleable condition, return costs remain yours ([[COUT_RENVOI]]), and the refund is made to the original means of payment.
  • In both cases, the legal guarantee of conformity remains acquired regardless of these periods.

Product damaged or non-conforming on delivery

Report it to [[EMAIL_CONTACT]] as soon as possible, with photos of the packaging and the appliance if possible. This is not a withdrawal but a lack of conformity: bringing it into conformity, replacing it or refunding it is done with no return costs for you.

Legal guarantee of conformity

Independently of withdrawal, the product benefits from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771, free of charge and distinct from any commercial guarantee. The 2-year commercial guarantee announced by the store is added to it.

Shipping delay — our commitment

The announced lead time is 15 to 25 business days. In accordance with FTC rule 16 CFR Part 435, an announced deadline binds the seller. If we cannot meet it, we contact you on our own initiative and you choose:

  • to accept a new deadline that we state;
  • or to cancel your order and be refunded.

In the event of cancellation, the refund is made within 7 business days if you paid in cash, or within one billing cycle at the latest if you paid on credit.
